What is your return policy?

Ward & Parish gladly accepts returns, in the country where purchased, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Outside North America, we cannot accept cross-border returns. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash or check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Purchases made by check will be refunded in cash. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our return policy. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! Pretty much everywhere. All purchases ship USPS First Class International. Please note that on USPS First Class packages, tracking is only available until the item reaches the US border. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for. 

Can you expedite shipping?

We offer a number of shipping options within the US. Please note that it usually takes 1-3 days for orders to process and get out the door.
